Yesterday de 'event' was quite okay bah ..
It was at GH , my dad say .
The place is sooooooo big . omg .
Nearly lost again .
1st Hospital .. 2nd Hospital .. :O
But hor .. very fast jiu my turn le .. so nervous .
Take height and weight liao den go consultation .
Consultation room inside is a doctor . LOL .
He check my heart and lungs . den say i okay .
Nothing wrong .
Den he ask me go nutritionist .
Down there , bo skinny ppl . only got fat de -.-
Nutritionist say i nid to drink milk every day, twice . D:
Last time hate drinking milk , now must drink it everyday . LOL .
Retribution ?
Den den, she say im eating too little .
So must eat more . o.o
She want me to spread my meals evenly .
People eat 3 meals a day with 3 bowls of rice ,
i nid 5 meals a day with 3 bowls of rice .
Something liddat .
LOL . And and .. i saw artificial foods on her table .
LOL . Thats how she ask me to describe how much i eat .
and she explain to me i must add in teabreak , supper all this inside my diet .
And blah blah ..
Den , she gave me a packet of milk and cereal .
Both i dun like deeeeeeeee . D:
and she say .. i must eat wholemeal bread ..
Dun eat can anot ? " Cannot. " D: Yuck :X
She also say i too skinny .
So must try to eat more , expand my stomach ? :O
And .. 6 months later must do follow-up .
I HATE THIS .
If i know must follow-up so ma fan .. den dun go better .
